Short twisty guys, gemelli are perfect for pasta salads and chunky sauces.

Our dried pastas are made with a combination of Molino Pasini Semolina from Italy and Organic Heritage Turkey Red wheat grown in Ridgeway, WI by Meadowlark Mills.
They are extruded through bronze dies which give a lovely, rough texture to the surface.
