It comes from the mixture of nectars of different flowers. The particularity of our Wildflower Honey lies in the proximity of the sea, in the richness of the floral varieties of the environment in which it is collected. There is no typical profile of Wildflower Honeys precisely because each blend is different from the others in terms of floral varieties, proportions and production periods. Maremma Millefiori Honey has a deep yellow color with orange reflections. On the nose it presents aromas of hay, notes of vanilla and hints of caramel. The taste is fresh, sweet with a light caramel finish. Rich in pollen from different origins
