Organic Chestnut Honey produced in the Casentinesi Forest National Park in Tuscany.
It is represented by a single species, (Castanea Sativa, of the fagaceae family) and is a plant that can reach 30 meters in height, forming large forests on the Alps and in the mountains. Apennines. Dark amber in color with reddish hues. On the nose it presents notes of dried chamomile with animal notes. On the palate it has a strong, bitter taste with a slight astringency.
