Organic Acacia Honey produced in Casentino in Tuscany
Acacia is a shrubby or arboreal plant, belonging to the legume family, which can reach 20 meters in height. Light in color it can take on deeper shades depending on the production areas. It has a very delicate, floral scent with hints of vanilla. In the mouth it is very sweet, velvety with an aftertaste of sugared almonds and sweet almonds. It has a pleasant spiciness. It is liquid and tends not to crystallize. The sweetness of this honey comes almost exclusively from fructose. This area gives a slightly intense color, has floral aromas with light notes of caramel and a sweet taste with slight spiciness
